Anyone over the age of 10 years, including non-beekeepers, who is interested in our work, is welcomed to become a supporter of Lune Valley Community Beekeepers. However as part of our safeguarding policy, members under the age of 16 years will need to be accompanied at meetings by a responsible adult.

Becoming a supporter entitles you to:

  • attend all closed courses, workshops and other meetings and attend open courses at a reduced fee.
  • visit the Club apiary and wildflower meadow throughout the season.
  • receive the Club’s monthly newsletter.
  • participate in the Club’s public liability scheme.

Our supporter year runs from 1st March to 28th February.

Subscriptions should be paid by 28 February.

We only have one class of supporter and the subscription for 2017 – 2018 is £10.
